Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with purchases and experience at Shy Rooster. We will always try to meet your expectations.
Goods you purchase can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Any Sale Goods are final sale, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Returns
Your right to return any Goods applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. Goods that are damaged, altered or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. The Goods must still have the original tag on them. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in your possession.
Exchanges
We completely understand that the Goods may not fit. We are open to exchanges as long as it is for the same Good of the same price in a different size or color. We may provide exchanges one time per Good. Your right to exchange any Goods applies to Goods that are exchanged in the same condition as You received them. Goods that are damaged, altered or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be exchanged. The Goods must still have the original tag on them. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in your possession.
Please email info@shyrooster.com to request for authorization of returns and exchanges, and write Return and Exchange Authorization in the subject line with the order number within 7 days of Goods receipt. We are not able to provide returns without a proof of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost returns. Proof of return is only valid with a tracking number provided in the email.
Note: We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs. Refunds cover the cost of the Goods returned and does not include return and exchange shipping fees.
